Article 1: object
The purpose of these general conditions of sale (CGV) is to define the rights and obligations of JRB Studio Bar and its customers in the context of the sale of products and services. They apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by JRB Studio Bar to buyers.

Article 2: Acceptance of the General Conditions of Sale
Any order placed with JRB Studio Bar implies full and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions by the customer. These General Terms and Conditions take precedence over any other customer document, and in particular over any general purchasing conditions, unless there is express and prior derogation from JRB Studio Bar.

Article 3: Products and Services
JRB Studio Bar offers various products and services described on its website and/or in the commercial documents made available to the customer. The photographs, texts and graphics presented are not contractual. JRB Studio Bar strives to describe the products and services sold as accurately as possible.

Drill bits are not supplied by JRB Studio Bar. Customers are required to come with clean hair, free of oil, to benefit from the services.

Article 4: Price
The prices of products and services are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Any order processing, shipping and delivery costs are indicated before validation of the order by the customer. JRB Studio Bar reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but undertakes to apply the prices in force which will have been indicated at the time of the order.

Article 5: Order
The customer can place an order directly within the JRB Studio Bar or by any other means made available (telephone, email). All orders will be confirmed by a confirmation email from JRB Studio Bar. The contractual information is presented in French and will be confirmed at the latest when the order is validated by the customer.

Article 6: Payment
Payment for purchases is made by credit card, cash or any other payment method accepted by JRB Studio Bar. Payments are secure and payment data is not stored. A deposit is required to validate any reservation. This deposit is not refundable.

Article 7: Delivery
Delivery times are indicated when placing the order and depend on product availability. JRB Studio Bar makes every effort to respect the delivery times indicated. In the event of late delivery, JRB Studio Bar will inform the customer as soon as possible.

Article 8: Withdrawal and Return
In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), allowing them to be remarketed in new condition. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Services are not refundable.

Article 9: Liability
JRB Studio Bar cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract concluded in the event of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike of postal services and means of transport and/or communications. JRB Studio Bar cannot be held liable in the event of indirect damage, such as operating loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, damages or costs.

Article 10: Intellectual Property
All elements of the JRB Studio Bar site and documents are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of JRB Studio Bar. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the site and documents, whether software, visual or audio.

Article 11: Personal Data
JRB Studio Bar undertakes to preserve the confidentiality of the information provided by the client. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the customer has a right of access, rectification and opposition to personal data concerning him.

Article 12: Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before bringing the dispute before the competent courts of Bobigny.
