Refunds & Returns

Article 1: General

The purpose of this Refunds and Returns Policy is to inform you about the return and refund procedures for products purchased from JRB Studio Bar. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Article 2: No Reimbursement for Services and Benefits

In accordance with our policy, no refunds will be made for beauty and makeup services and services. These services are considered final sales.

Article 3: Product Return Conditions

We accept product returns under the following conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unopened, unused and complete (accessories, instructions, etc.).

  • Returns must be made within 14 days from the date the order is received.

Article 4: Return Procedure

To return a product, please follow the following steps:

  2. Prepare the package: Pack the product securely in its original packaging and include the delivery note or other proof of purchase.

  3. Ship the package: Send the package to the following address:

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the event of an error on our part (defective product, order error, etc.).

Article 5: Processing Returns and Refunds

Once the product has been returned and received by us, we will carry out an inspection to verify its condition. If the product meets the return conditions, we will refund the corresponding amount, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days.

Refunds will be made via the same payment method used during purchase.

Article 6: Products Not Eligible for Return

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged by customer

  • Beauty and makeup services and services
